The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, recommending some amazing restaurants and places to visit. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything within walking distance. We loved being able to explore the city without having to travel far. And one unexpected perk was the complementary bottle of water provided each day, it was a small but thoughtful touch.
The rooms were quite small and not well equipped. There wasn't much space to unpack and the bathroom door didn't close properly, a bit awkward.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the modern and stylish design of the hotel made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic power shower. The added bonus of a smartphone with free calls and internet was a game-changer for navigating the city. The breakfast and bar food were delicious, and we were blown away by the knowledge and expertise of the bar staff. The hotel provided excellent value for money and we would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Lisbon.
